Sponsorship includes registration for three (3) Sponsor attendees (including Lunch) and one (1) exhibit table located in the Vendor Room. Your sponsors logos are advertised numerous times through out the day of the class. Your logos will be on the main screen in the class room during the morning during the power point program that runs during registration , during the vendor raffle time (1:00 PM - 1:30 PM) and during the five (5) minute individual sponsor presentations after lunch. (1:30 PM - 2:00 PM) Sponsor logos will be on all advertisement for the school as well as the GCPCA.Net website. Sponsors are also allowed to place literature in attendee's seats in the classroom during setup Monday afternoon (Date TBA) from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please Note: Please send Logo to rballpro@knology.net (in jpeg format if possible) to be displayed during the presentation and on screens during your 5 minute presentation at the podium.

All vendor registrations will provide attendance for two (2) vendors including lunch. One exhibit spot with one table. All vendors names will be listed on school page of GCPCA.Net upon registration and payment. Additional exhibit tables are available for an additional $75.00

We are going to be setting up exhibits on Tuesday November 12th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
The lunch buffet will also be set up and served during our awards banquet and the sponsors introductions. After lunch there will be a 30 minute vendor visitation and raffle.
Please register below by Visa / Master Charge, however all registrations and payments will be due by October 1st 2024 to assure Sponsorship recognition on morning presentation on screens shown during registration and lunch. No exhibit reservations or payments can be accepted the morning of the school.
If a exhibit will need to be erected the day of the school you must be registered, scheduled and accomplished by 8:00 AM.
